More and more Americans are riding their bikes. In an effort to remain safe, whenever possible, walk your bike across intersections like North Avenue and Clybourn. This can be a very busy and often confusing intersection when Clybourn intersects with North Avenue in Clybourn Corridor. A rider on a bike and or a driver in a car could both have blind spots. Please be careful.
When riding, wear the proper attire such as a helmet, riding glasses or simple sunglasses, clothing that’s noticeable with bright colors and or reflective patches or stitching and for the serious riders, a comfortable pair of riding gloves.
But again, and more importantly, Stay in your lane while riding. Be careful and cautious when riding. Wear bright clothing so people in their cars driving see you. Happy and Safe Riding!
